Hotlist brings professional tools to your personal life.

About Hotlist

Life is busy and it's easier to write down ideas than it is to maintain the perfect calendar or check off every box. Instead of sweating every detail, we built Hotlist to let you write down what's on your mind and take care of the rest. It works with lists, tasks, ideas, and everything else.

Hotlist's mission is to make a billion people more organized, less scattered, and more creative through easy, accessible, and smart software.

Our Principles

• Easy. Sharing, tracking, and updating Hotlist with your ideas is easy and intuitive.
• Accessible. Hotlist works across a wide variety of things, enabling broad functionality.
• Smart. Organization and management happens automatically with minimal user input.

As a result, Hotlist should be - above all else - a delightful experience.

What it costs

Hotlist is free and there are no current or future plans to monetize.

Who builds it

Hotlist is a small independent project run out of Brooklyn, NY.
